Get injured workers back on the job as soon as possible—for their sake and yours.
Many dealers today are concerned about the cost of insurance, especially workers’ compensation. As with most insurance coverages, there are things a policyholder can do that will directly affect the price of coverage. For workers’ compensation insurance, the best thing you can do is reduce the severity, or cost, and frequency, or number, of claims. The best way to reduce the severity is by implementing a return-to-work program. Simply put, a return-to-work (RTW) program brings injured workers back to productive work as soon as medically possible. [ more ]
