Fixed Solutions
Fixed Solutions is Service Group's answer to auto dealers requesting sales training and profit
programs specifically tailored to their Fixed Operations departments. The Fixed Solutions Program
has multiple "Tracks" that are customized to your Fixed Operations departments.
All of the training and programs are designed so they may be performed at your dealership, thus
eliminating the inconvenience of having to send your Fixed operation personnel out of the
dealership. Utilize Service Group's Fixed Solutions Program and watch your Fixed Operations

Fixed Solutions currently has the following Tracks available to your dealership:
Track One: Servicing and Selling with Success
Introduction and/or review of the fundamentals needed to be successful in providing
service to your customers, which is consistent with building value in your dealership,
up selling your services and maintaining high CSI in your service department.
Servicing and Selling with Success provides sales training for your advisors, which
helps your Service Department increase its customer pay hours per RO, your customer
retention and your CSI.
Track Two: Second Turn
Installation of service contract sales program for your service drive. The Fixed
Solutions "Second Turn" Program will provide your service advisors with sales training, so they
can prospect and sell service contracts to those customers who do not purchase them at the point
of new vehicle sale. With the proper training and tools, your service advisors can be very
effective service contract salespeople!
Track Three: Completing the Sale
Advanced service advisor training focuses on developing an organized follow-up system.
This system provides your service advisor with the ability to realize up-sell potential in their
existing customer base.
Track Four: Warranty Claim Analysis
A comprehensive, proactive analysis designed to bridge the gap between the warranty
administrator, dealership accounting department and the claims office in an effort to streamline
the claim payment process and ensure warranty schedules are tracked and maintained successfully.
Track Five: Interfacing your Sales and Service Departments
There is tremendous opportunity on every service drive for new vehicle prospecting.
Salespeople are often instructed to prospect off the service drive. The sales consultant's goal
in "working the drive" should be to assist the service advisor and also be EFFECTIVE in prospecting
for future sales. Fixed Solutions provides prospecting training which involves both the service
advisors and the sales consultants. Interfacing these two departments is a win-win opportunity
for both departments and the dealership as a whole!
