Two full days of advanced F&I training for the experienced F&I director or contractor who is ready to excel to the next level. The prerequisites for acceptance into this course are two years of F&I experience and completion of the basic F&I course within the last 18 months.

This fast-paced course focuses on total departmental management, including ethics, daily evaluation, and product knowledge mastery through a menu selling process. Finance personnel will leave with a higher level of confidence in their ability to move the needle toward increased profits, higher CSI scores, and more effective personnel management.
