Internet Connection Solutions (ICS)

Service Group provides our dealership personnel with a suite of web-based applications to help you be more efficient, and therefore more profitable. Through our Internet Connections Solutions (ICS) program, dealership personnel can have immediate access to both Service Group product databases and detailed reports created from your dealership’s DMS.

Key Benefits include:

  • Track and manage Service Group products - Use ICS features to search for policyholder, claim and cancellation quote information directly from our internal databases. This allows you to view the status of a policy and payments made on claims, as well as retrieve accurate, real-time quotes for cancellation of policies. The newest features for our Preferred service contracts include online vehicle rating and claims submittal.
  • View and analyze your business as never before – We will retrieve deal information from your dealership’s DMS system* on a nightly basis and provide you with a variety of reports to help you gauge your book of business. From F&I Penetration and Lender reports to Monthly Logs and Dealer Comparison Reporting, this tool allows you to know where you stand at a moment’s notice.

    • Because it is a web-based application, ICS is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can access your account information from any computer with an internet connection via your unique log-on and password. Users’ views and authorities will vary according to function in the dealership and permissions granted from the dealer principal or general manager.
